This past Sunday night was our Sunday School Christmas program. Caleb and Micah were "Kings", and Joshua was a "Shephard". They did a great job remembering their lines, and also singing their songs!!

This past Saturday night, my best friend from church - Michelle and I, had a Christmas Party. It was suppose to be held at our house, but since our whole family ended up with the flu earlier in the week, we were blessed to have another good friend - Andrea - offer to open up her house, so we could still go ahead with the party. We ended up with 23 women who came out. It was such a wonderful time of fun, food, and fellowship! We're already making plans for next year!! Lord willing, we won't get the flu!!!

This past Sunday we had our annual "Caroling" at church. We had close to 50 people that came out in the afternoon. Afterwards, we invited everyone back to our house for sloppy joes. Well, we ended up with 42 people that came back for food and fellowship. Your probably wondering how we fit everyone in here - let's just say that we were all nice and "cozy". It turned out to be a great time with everyone, and we are planning on extending the invitation next year too!!

We have had 2 good-size snow storms within the last week. We probably have over a foot of snow between the 2 of them - well, last Tuesday, we got dumped on again. Brad went out around 10:30 p.m. to snow blow the driveway, and look who got up to go help Daddy?!! Joshua is our "big" helper. He loves to help with anything!! When Daddy and him were all done with the snow shoveling, they came in and warmed their "tummy's" with some hot chocolate that Mommy had waiting for them.

We took our family pictures in front of the church again this year, and this is one of the one's that turned out really cute, of the boys'. You will all probably be seeing this again in our christmas card.

Meet Joshua's newest "Best Friend" !! Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, we watched Pastor David and Casey's dog - named "Lincoln". Well, Joshua and him were pretty much buddies from the get - go!! This poor dog was with us for almost 3 full day's --- we had to send him home to get some rest!! ( the dog, that is! LOL ) And NO, we aren't getting a puppy!!

To the average person, this picture just looks like a lot of blankets and pillows on the floor, but to Mommy, they mean a whole lot more. Every night either Brad or I, lay out the blanket and pillows on the floor for the daycare kids that arrive at 5:15 a.m. - well, this night Joshua - all on his own - went and layed out all the blanket and pillows for Mommy - He is such a sweet little man, with a huge heart and always willing to help!!!!

Oh, these could be really good "blackmail" pictures someday!!! lol The boys' cousins - which might I say, are all GIRLS!! - love trying to get the boys' to play dress up with them. Well, this particular night, they succeeded!! They would die if they knew I was putting these on our blog!! lol But I wanted to share these with you , and hopefully you all got a kick out of them like we did!

We've had a really unusaul fall here in MN. Here is Micah and Dad playing football in October. Usually the cold is starting to set in. We ended up mowing our grass more this fall, then we did all summer.
